Shipping & Delivery

EJUICEUSAMURAH ships orders out every Monday - Saturday. Daily cut off time is 12pm. To make sure your order is shipped out the same day, please pay for your order before 12pm.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking information and instructions on how to track your order. Alternatively, if you registered an account with us during checkout, you may log in to your account and check under Order History for the latest update & status of your order.
 

Local Shipping & Delivery (Malaysia)

To make sure your parcel is shipped out on the same day, please pay for your order before 12pm.

All orders will be shipped before the courier's cut-off time so most delivery to West Malaysia will take 1-4 business days & East Malaysia will take 4-8 business days. However, there are times when there might be unexpected delays on the courier's side whereby it may take an extra day or two to arrive. We ship every Monday-Saturday (Except on Public Holidays )

Local Shipping Charges & Duration

West/Peninsular Malaysia: RM5 and below. Free Shipping for orders over RM150. (1-4 business days)
East/Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 and below. Free Shipping for orders over RM250 (4-8 business days)


Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley only)
We offer same day delivery via Lalamove/Grab. Price will be shown during checkout after you have filled up your shipping address. Cut-off for same day delivery is 10am-3pm (Monday-Sunday).

 

Sabah & Sarawak Wholesale Orders (50+ and above bottles)
We will arrange shipment with a private courier and WhatsApp you with details. Courier will provide free custom clearance for your shipment. Shipping charges payment for private courier will be collected from you once your shipment arrives at your address. For wholesale orders below 50 bottles, we can ship with Poslaju (custom clearance not included).

International Shipping & Delivery

We also ship worldwide. Your shipping charges will be calculated accordingly during checkout on our website. You have a choice of shipping via Registered Air Mail(economical) or Express Air Mail during checkout. All shipments come with a tracking number & insurance for free. All orders will be shipped out between 12-24 hours from the time that your order was placed. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped first thing Monday.

For Registered Air Mail, the duration an order takes to arrive varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the parcel's shipping destination. For a better understanding, please refer to the table below.

For international orders as mentioned above, we include free insurance for all orders. On rare occasions, a parcel might get misplaced or stolen during transit to its destination. This is something we have zero control over however we take full responsibility and offer a no questions asked full refund or free reshipping of your order. You may choose either option. If your order has not arrived after 45 business days, get in touch with us and we will look into it right away. Keeping our customers happy is & will always be our number one priority. Please take note that we will not be held responsible for orders to countries that do not allow these products. That means there will not be a reship or refund for orders that encounter any custom clearance issues.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to our Customer Care Department within three (2) business days after delivery. You must notify our Customer Care Department by e-mail and keep the packaging and the items involved in the claim at hand (even if they are broken). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (2) business days. In your e-mail, please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as well. This will help expedite the process.
