When will sold out products be restocked?
We usually restock brands in 2-3 months once. However some brands may take longer if we still have high quantity for other flavors from the same brand. As all our products are directly from the manufacturer, we are unable to restock in small quantities. So if you see your favorite flavor in stock, make sure to stock up enough before they are sold out. You may use our "NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE" feature to get notified via e-mail instantly once a product is back in stock.
Why do your prices change?
E-juice manufacturers in the USA offer discounts from time to time. Instead of us profiting more from these discounts, we pass them on to our customers instead so you can enjoy the best prices. However, if stock is bought when there are no discounts offered, we have to increase the prices a little to cover the cost.

We ship locally from Malaysia to the whole world except Israel.

For local customers(Malaysians), we accept payment via all local banks. For international customers, we use PayPal to process our payments. You can transfer the money from your PayPal account (if you have one) or pay directly with your Credit or Debit Card. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and E-Check.
When will I get my order?
All orders take between 12 hours to be processed and shipped from the time of order. For local orders, it takes 1-4 business days to arrive and for international orders, It takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. For more information, visit our Shipping Information

Are all items in stock?
All products with selectable options are in stock and ready to be shipped. If an item is not in stock, an "Out of Stock" label will be displayed and you will not be able to add that item to your cart. You may choose to be notified via e-mail as soon as an out-of-stock item is available by signing up on that products page via the "Notify Me" button.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of items being sold, return or refunds will only be accepted if the wrong product was sent. However please make sure that the item is unopened and still in its original packaging.
Cashback Reward Points, how much are they worth?
You can earn 1 Cashback Reward Point for every RM1 spent on our website which you can use with your next order. Currently, 100 Cashback Reward Points = RM2.5. You may use 15% of your coins based on your order Sub-Total and a maximum of 1200 Cashback Reward Points (RM30) can be used daily. Cashback reward point expires 90 days from the date of issue.
